Our  KTM 790ADV and Yamaha T7 1 Finger Clutch kits have been some of our best-selling products. We've been swamped with requests for a similar kit for the most popular adventure bike in history, the Kawasaki KLR 650!

Unlike the KTM 790 and Yamaha T7, the KLR's clutch arm is welded to the clutch shaft. We had to design and produce an all-new arm and shaft. We're thrilled with the finished product, and you will be too.

The kit includes the following:

  • Extremely tough 4340 steel shaft
  • Stainless steel clutch arm 
  • Powder-coated, TIG welded, stainless steel cable guide
  • Stainless steel clevis, clevis pin, and cotter pin

Just installed on my Gen 1 klr clutch use to be extremely tight now it feels great could barley squeeze it before this upgrade now I can easily pull it with 1 finger

Very simple installation. Takes a little time to figure out the slack needed, however, works as advertised.

An excellent upgrade!

This clutch arm works far better than the stock setup. My clutch was kind of on or off before. Fine for road riding, a bit of a pain on aggressive mountain trails.

Quick and easy installation. The clutch feels much lighter, and slip zone is just about perfect now.
Of all the upgrades available for the KLR this should be one of the first things people do.

Worth every penny

I was rather unimpressed when I first installed it. The difference in clutch pull was slight. In all honesty I was rather disappointed. Then I took it out for a ride. After 10 minutes of fine tuning the difference was night and day. The increased friction zone is what really surprised me. I was able to feather the clutch better than ever. The slow speed control is amazing. I even noticed smoother gear changes on the highway. It was worth every penny.
